Dua orang tewas dan 12 lainnya luka-luka dalam sebuah penembakan pada hari Selasa di sebuah sekolah menengah atas di negara Bagian tenggara AS, Kentucky, menurut Gubernur Matt Bevin.

Bevin mengatakan bahwa terduga penembak adalah seorang anak laki-laki berusia 15 tahun yang ditangkap di sekolah tersebut dan akan menghadapi tuntunan pembunuhan dan upaya pembunuhan. Seorang gadis berusia 15 tahun tewas di tempat kejadian dan seorang anak laki-laki berusia 15 tahun meninggal di rumah sakit.

Bevin mengatakan bahwa dia percaya semua korban adalah siswa.

Penembakan tersebut terjadi di Marshall County High School di kota Benton di Kentucky barat. (Sdm)
