Oil prices fell on Monday as concerns about supply disruptions eased and Libyan ports resumed export activities, while traders eyed potential supply increases by Russia and other oil producers. China stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Technology Hardware & Equipment, Technology and Software & Computer Services sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Shanghai, the Shanghai Composite rose 2.18%, while the Component index gained 2.77%.

The best performers of the session on the Shanghai Composite were Starlake Bioscience Co Inc Zhaoqing Guangdong, which rose 10.12% or 0.420 points to trade at 4.570 at the close.
